Mediated numerous farm debt disputes since 1995, involving a diverse range of farming issues. Run training programs for NSW Rural Financial Counsellors. Managed family owned farming enterprises in the past and been a full-time commercial mediator for more than 20 years. Mediated more than 2000 disputes. Is a Harvard Law School trained mediator and NMAS accredited and has been a member of numerous mediation panels including the Horticulture Mediation Panel and the NSW Farm Debt (since 1995). Excellent understanding of business finance and financial management issues, which she couples with a strong affinity with the pressures of rural business management.
