Nina Harding
Nina has mediated numerous farm debt disputes since 1995, involving a diverse range of farming issues. She has conducted training programs for NSW Rural Financial Counsellors. Nina has managed family owned farming enterprises in the past and been a full-time commercial mediator for more than 30 years. She has mediated more than 3000 disputes. Nina Harding is a Harvard Law School trained mediator and AMDRAS accredited Advanced Mediator. She has been a member of numerous mediation panels including the Horticulture Mediation Panel, the NSW Farm Debt (since 1995), the Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman, etc. Nina has a good understanding of business finance and financial management issues, which she couples with a strong affinity with the pressures of rural business management.
