Francois Mercier
Francois has practiced as a barrister (since 2002), a mediator (since 2004), and an arbitrator in property matters in family law (since 2018). In 2017, Francois was appointed as a Tribunal Member of the Training Disputes Tribunal. Francois graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), a Bachelor of Science (Neurobiology) and a Master of Laws (Dispute Resolution) from The University of Queensland. He has completed exec. ed. studies at Harvard University and the University of Oxford. He is a Nationally Accredited Mediator, mediating disputes with a 90% success rate.
