Solar for Rental Properties Rebate Scheme

QRIDA is administering this scheme which provides rebates of up to $3,500 to owners of eligible residences to offset the cost of purchasing and installing rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) systems to lower electricity costs for tenants.

Queensland Community Housing Energy Upgrades rebate scheme 

QRIDA is administering the Queensland Community Housing Energy Upgrades rebate scheme which provides rebates for community housing providers to purchase and install energy upgrade measures. Up to $4,500 is available per eligible dwelling.
